The current housing crisis in Australia is causing homeless rates to soar. Furthermore, inflation is causing a high cost of living, while high interest rates are making mortgage and rent repayments more expensive. Employment rates are falling due to job replacement by AI and technological advancement, and our population is increasing by the high influx of immigration. The hold on the construction industry during Covid and many other factors has caused a real accomodation shortage, and this shortage has created a myriad of
challenges to our greater community.
At Onerock, we believe in empowering local communities through various initiatives. Our programmes include short and long term accomodation and the collaboration of government bodies to help reduce homelessness.
